• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Return Process

2. Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your return package.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and are processing your refund.
• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (i.e., the method used when you paid upon delivery).
